Special care is in PANTHEON being paid to human resources management, which is often a  field that does not get covered by ERP systems. The personal employee files are at the core of the topic. Here you can keep records on both resident and non-resident employees whether they are employed on a temporary basis. They can perform student work or work as apprentices. Here are also included records on former permanent employees. Every employee is assigned a personal record where you enter their personal information together with the information about their family members and information on previous working relationships. Here it is also possible to generate the history of employee's movement in the company and thus monitor information on length of service, accelerated retirement plan, length of service for leave, leave history as well as other absences, information on holiday entitlement for each year, medical examinations and other mandatory data in accordance to the Health and Safety at Work Act, information on degree of education and trainings taken together with the related costs.

A special section is represented jby data about employee salary, his or her entry to voluntary supplementary pension insurance and mandatory supplementary pension insurance as well as information on payment of premiums, union mamberships and payments of membership fees, and employee+s working time, etc... Every piece of data can later be used anywhere in the program.

There exists a module intended for employment which enables monitoring of applications to positions of employment. Candidates who remain in our database as seekers of employment to be contacted for future job offers. An assessment which is done on the basis of interviews helps us choose the appropriate candidate. Data can later be found in the personal employee records.

Payroll


Payroll accounting in PANTHEON system is excelled by exceptional degree of adjustment enabling accounting for various types of companies, working relationships, of basic payments and bonuses and corresponding taxes.

 

After you have determined settings for first calculation you could as a second type present simple payroll accounting and one-time data entry. Data from which salaries are calculated are drawn from perosnal employee records and Workplaces register as well as other corresponding registers. Data on absence from work, transport allowances, credits, membership fees, voluntary supplementary pension insurance and mandatory supplementary pension insurance premiums are also automatically transferred.

 

Payroll accounting module offers you also all statutory forms (REK, payroll tax, 1 ZAP/M, 3, ZAP, ZPIZ-KID-SDČ forms...) as well as numerous other reports by using which you can create reports containing recapitulations of contributions, earnings, calculations, credits, invoice IDs to be paid, annual employee folder, employee folder with augmented insurance period...

 

The program enables you to issue payments using forms in which you prepared and accounted payroll. The same holds good for accounting suing which you post payroll to the general ledger automatically.

 

Personal information is well protected. You can prevent access to classified information by assigning authorizations.
