Individual Manufacturing Cells - PANTHEON MT



 

Manufacturing process is by using the PANTHEON MT module brought closer to work places in individual manufacturing cells, where electronic documentation exchange has replaced the papir document flow used till now.

 

By usijng electronic work documentation transparency and productivity increase and accounting costs decrease and last but not lease mistakes occur less often.

ZEUS PANTHEON - Analytical Tool and Business Intelligence



The ZEUS modular business intelligence system which is integrated to PANTHEON includes reporting, analyses and planning used in specific business functions.

 

It is intended for directors, analytics, planners and for anyone, who wants a high-performance analytical tool for viewing ongoing processes in a company. Its extreme ease of use allows simple adapting of functions for individual users. The system can be in this way adjusted to meet the needs of director by displaying only key indicators and data. On the other hand it displays more detailed or specific data to the analytic or financing manager..

Regeneracija d.o.o. manufactures plastic materials and coatings. They also sell the former and perform sales of other goods. The company was established in 1989. The breaking point was achieved in the year 2000 when they moved their registered office and became active on foreign markets. The small company that started out with 7 employees with 60,000 EUR of income is now employing 96 persons and has 2.5 million EUR of income. The company manufactures products from stainless steel which are made from steel plates. Plates get cut to semi-products to be used to create concrete orders, warehouse semi-products and the scrap plates of different sizes are returned to the material warehouse. Each of their products is marked with data on batch and quality of material that is why 100% traceability of materials is required. This was the main decisive reason for purchasing PANTHEON software package. They are present on European and American markets and smaller way also on the markets of ex-Yugoslavia.

  • The company was using a DOS-based application using which they could not cover all the business processes in the company;

  • The company adapted to customer requirements: respond time, delivery deadlines and price (calculation of the price for own poducts,keeping sales prices or portion of material displayed in the structure of price at the sales stage);
  • Ensuring flexibility in making quick changes to pricelists as well as their adapting to the quality of materials, alloys used and work needed;
  • Having an impact on controlling direct company costs and variable cost using ERP system;
  • With a more transparent materials management the ratio of material on stock turnover increased and subsequently decreased the tying up of funds with semi-products (control over materials on stock and semi-products, monitoring material used in creating of a product in connection with attested supplier materials);

»In the beginning we adapted the materials management part of our operations so that a fully-functional system for materials tracking, monitoring of stock and reservations of materials were ensured. We have adapted our scheme so that now almost all processes - from calculations, offers, orders, documentation reports, materials management, invoicing, financial transactions and employee files – with which we manage work and operations are covered by the program.
