Three-Level User Support
The Pantheon business operating system offers its users three levels of support through certified partners and Datalab experts.
Level 1 - Authorized Partners When you purchase Pantheon, you select a Datalab Partner that will be responsible for the successful implementation of the information system at your company, and also provide help and support. Partners are required to complete a demanding program before they can work with Pantheon (Training is carried out by Datalab Academy). This program guarantees that Partners are highly qualified for work in this field.

Level 2 - PSS, Product Support Group PSS is a group of Datalab experts that sees to partner training and is responsible for all documented help. If your Datalab Partner isn't able to solve your problems, he'll turn to Datalab's PSS department, where our experts will combine their strengths to do away with your problems.
Level 3 - Datalab's Development Department The development department sees to the development of the Pantheon system, and also created the system. It's the final level of help, and can be accessed only by the PSS group. |
