Changes in Invoicing

In order to by more systematic and efficient, we are introducing a new process of issuing invoices to our customers, starting Friday, July 3, 2009. Invoices will be issued every work day at 10:30 and at 14:30 CET, whereby we will take into account payments that will arrive in our bank account until 10:00 or 14:00, respectively. No invoices will be issued at other times of the day, because the new system does not allow doing it manually.

This will allow us to spend less time on invoicing. Constant phone calls requesting last-minute invoices encumbered our resources considerably and were also prone to errors. Now we will have more time doing what we do best - developing and perfecting your business software.
