Minutes and Voting Results of the Shareholders’ Meeting 2016
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Hajdrihova 28c, Ljubljana, is publishing the Minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting taking place on Friday, 4 March 2016, beginning at 14:00, as well as the voting results for each agenda item.
The voting results of the 15th Shareholders’ Meeting of Datalab Tehnologije d.d., Ljubljana, will be available at Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 7 March 2016 for at least five years.
