Datalab Board Replaces Audit Commission Member
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is issuing the following statement:
On the 51th Board of Datalab d.d. Ljubljana, held on 29. 04. 2015, the Board has decided:
Elmir Sikira was replaced by an outside member of audit commision, Mr. Izidor Jerman of Alpen Invest d.d.
The Board thanks to Mr. Elmir Sikira for his work so far.
