Event for PANTHEON supporters, implementors & sales consultants (from the Datalab Group and from partners)

This includes:
- usage of venue and technical equipment and technical support for two days, 25. – 26. September
- 2 lunches, 25. – 26. September
- 4 coffee breaks, 25. – 26. September
- 1 dinner, 25. September
- 1 evening gathering (after-party), 25. September
- Hotel rooms and lunch, dinner and other meals outside of the above datesare not included in the cost share.
- The choice of rooms and the number of nights is left to the discretion of the participants.

Parking
Parking is free of charge in the surroundings of the hotel.

Regarding Attendance fee
The attendance fee for the Summit will only include a proportional share of the direct costs of the event, i.e. the rental of the conference hall and technical equipment, as well as refreshments and snacks, while the speakers costs will be covered by Datalab HQ and SUBs as part of an investment in the development of the Datalab community.
Any accommodation and other costs will be covered by participants themselves.
The event will be organized in case of 150 participants or more. In case of a small number of participants, the event will not take place.

Registration information
- Registration for the event is open until 22 August 2025.
- If you decide not to attend after registering, please let us know by 22 August 2025 at the latest to vanja.cigoj@datalab.eu
- If you cancel your registration after the deadline or fail to attend the summit, you will be charged full registration fee and all overnight stays if you have reserved them and have not canceled them by the above deadline.
- Changes are possible only in exceptional circumstances, because the organizer has to cover hotel costs in advance after the registration deadline.
Note for partner companies and their employees:
- Only partner companies with a valid partnership agreement may participate at a regional meeting/summit.
