Your data will be stored in modern data centers in Slovenia, certified with TIER 3, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001.

Access to your data is only possible with the client’s written consent. Confidentiality of information and business secrets is strictly observed.
How do I terminate my contract with Telekom Slovenije?
To terminate your contract, please send us an official letter bearing a stamp and signature to pogodbe@datalab.si.
When will I receive a new contract from Datalab?
Contracts are being sent out gradually, so you can expect to receive yours in the coming days. Rest assured, you will receive it on time.
I received an email with a link to sign the new contract. What are the next steps?
After receiving the message with the link to the new contract, carefully check that the company details, the signatory to the contract, and the contract subject are correct. Then, the legal representative of the company should sign the new contract with Datalab SI d.o.o. via the BetrSign application.
I have signed the documents. Where can I find my signed copy of the contract?
You can access the signed contract via the link in the email you received for signing. You can also download and save the contract in your archive or eDocumentation.
What happens if I don’t sign the new contract?
If you do not sign the new contract, your existing contract with Telekom Slovenije will expire at the end of the transition period. This will result in losing access to the PANTHEON program. (If you no longer need the program but wish to obtain your database archive, please send a request for data transfer to pomoc@datalab.si. In accordance with the contract, the database will be deleted two months after expiration.)

What is the transition process if I use a Connector license?
If you use a Connector license to connect PANTHEON to external solutions, you will need to configure a new server IP address.
Does this change also apply to Telekom Mobile Cash Register (RA/RC) users?
No, this change does not apply to Telekom Mobile Cash Register users, and signing a new contract is not required.
