Manufacturing Practical Implementation Workshop is a hands-on training for everyone who wants to understand how to turn manufacturing requirements into a working PANTHEON process. Through a real implementation scenario, participants will learn how to connect settings, BOM/specifications, resources, planning, work orders, Web Terminal/MES execution, and reporting into one clear end-to-end flow. The focus is practical: not only what needs to be configured, but why, how it affects the process, and how to validate that the implementation works correctly in real customer projects. This workshop is ideal for implementers, consultants, support specialists and developers who want to approach MF implementations with more structure, confidence and practical know-how.
