Dear partners and colleagues,
In the year 2026/2027, Datalab staff and Partner certification will take place in two terms:
1. Terms for certification:
- First Term: 21–25 September 2026 and 5–9 October 2026
- Second Term: 05–16 April 2027
Please check the schedule for particular areas and apply for the first term as soon as possible. Do not wait until the last moment.

IMPORTANT
- Employees (DL and partners) will be able to check competencies for themselves. MDs will be able to check competencies and certificates for their teams/country.
- If you had an active competency from before, you can only renew it during this new term. This means that you should take renewal tests and new tests if they have been added to the competency.
3. Registration info and guidelines
The schedule of certifications for new subject matters and enrollment is available on the PartnerSite.
The menu TeamDL | Knowledge | Education & Certification contains the following information:
- Enroll – Complete the registration process for a webinar, event, or certification
- Review – Check your registrations for webinars, events, and certifications
- Results – Check certification results
IMPORTANT
You can register for certification only until the end of the registration period.
Due dates for applications: First Term: by 04 September 2026 and Second Term: by 19 March 2027
If you decide not to attend the certification after registering, please let us know in writing to your local partner channel manager (partners) or responsible person in USD (Datalab employees):

If you cancel your registration after that deadline or fail to attend the certification, we will still have to charge you 100% of the cost of certification/module/person.

Important: For the certificates to be acknowledged, the partner has to ensure the certification of their employees on the territory of that Datalab sub where the partner company has its registered head office.
6. Certification content – Confidential information
Certification content and all certification-related content and info is Datalab Confidential Information.
- Any share of information (without prior written consent of the Corporate Head of DCD or DL BOARD) related to certification (exams, exam content, images, solutions, etc.) is considered a violation of Datalab rules and disclosure of Datalab confidential data and information.
- All dedicated persons who are in charge of exams (preparing exam sheets, proofing or translating them, etc.) are under the obligation not to disclose any confidential information to any third parties inside Datalab or outside.
- All dedicated persons in charge of exams are responsible for damage from violations and the disclosure of confidential information.
- Violations will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Datalab Management Board, and sanctions will be defined and implemented.
