This includes: usage of venue and technical equipment and technical support for two days, 2 lunches, 4 coffee breaks, 2 dinners, 1 evening gathering (after-party).
Hotel rooms are not included in the cost share. The choice of rooms and the number of nights is left to the discretion of the participants.

Tourist tax:
1,59 EUR/person per night
Parking is free of charge in the surroundings of the hotel. If you want to park in the hotel’s parking garage, the price is:

24-hour ticket for overnight guests
1 EUR/hour:
for other guests
The attendance fee for the Summit will only include a proportional share of the direct costs of the event, i.e. the rental of the conference hall and technical equipment, as well as refreshments and snacks, while the speakers costs will be covered by Datalab HQ and SUBs as part of an investment in the development of the Datalab community.
Any accommodation and other costs will be covered by participants themselves.
The event will be organized in case of 100 participants or more. In case of a small number of participants, the event will not take place.
