Right now, the first certification term is taking place, from 22 January to 7 February 2024.
If you missed the first term or cannot attend it due to commitments, we invite you to register for the second term.
- Second term: from 27 May 2024 to 14 June 2024
- Apply due date: 10.5.2024
Please check the updated schedule for the particular day and the areas, and apply for the second term as soon as possible. Do not wait until the last moment.
1. Check your current certificates and competencies before the registration

IMPORTANT
- Employees (DL and partners) will be able to check competencies for themselves. MDs will be able to check competencies and certificates for their teams/country.
- If you had an active competency before, you can only renew it in this term. This means that you should take renewal tests and new tests if they have been added to the competence.
2. Registration info and guidelines
The schedule of certifications and enrolling is available on the Partner Site. The menu TeamDL | Knowledge | Education & Certification contains the following information:
- Enroll – Complete the registration process for a webinar, event, or certification
- Review – Check your registrations for webinars, events, and certifications
- Results – Check certification results
You can register for the second term of certification until the end of the registration period, 10 May 2024 (for the 2nd term).
If you decide not to attend the certification after registering, please let us know in writing to your local partner channel manager or responsable person:

If you cancel your registration after that deadline or fail to attend the certification, we will still have to charge you 100% of the cost of certification/module/person.
All certifications are billable. Once you confirm your application, you accept all terms, payment terms and rules arising from the certification.
3. Rules and Regulations
Competencies and rules for certification have changed. You now have the possibility to renew your competencies that you have previously achieved.

Important
In order for the certificates to be acknowledged, the partner has to ensure the certification of their employees on the territory of that Datalab sub where the partner company has its registered head office.
5. Exam sheet content – Confidential information
Exam sheet content and all certification related content and info is Datalab Confidential Information.
- Any share of information (without prior written consent of the Corporate Head of DCD or DL BOARD) related to certification (exams, exam content, images, solutions, etc.) is considered as a violation to Datalab rules and disclosure of Datalab confidential data and information.
- All dedicated persons who are in charge of exams (preparing exam sheets, proofing or translating them, etc.) are under the obligation not to disclose any confidential information to any third parties inside Datalab or outside.
- All dedicated persons in charge of exams are responsible for damage from violations and the disclosure of confidential information.
- Violations will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Datalab Management Board and sanctions will be defined and implemented.
