Change in Leadership and Redistribution of Roles in Management Board

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

The Management  Board has had to redistribute the roles of the board due to severe medical issues of the CEO, Moreno Rodman. The voting results of the 142nd meeting taking place on 29 January 2020:

  1. Effective 1 February 2020, Mr. Andrej Brlečič replaces Mr. Andrej Mertelj as Chairman of the Management Board of Datalab d. d.
  2. Effective 1 February 2020, Mr Andrej Mertelj replaces Mr. Moreno Rodman, whose mandate expires on 31 January 2020, as CEO of Datalab d.d.

This notice will be publicly available at the company’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 7 February 2020 for at least five years.
