Registration of Capital Increase in the Court Register
In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:
The Management of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. is announcing that on 22 December a capital increase was registered in the court register. This follows the board’s declaratory decision about the successful public offering from 19 December 2017, which is based on the deceision to initiate a capital increase from the company’s share capital from 30 November 2017. The share capital increased from EUR 4,240,802.00 to EUR 4,379,768.00. Additionally, the number of shares increased from 2,120,401 to 2,189,884.
The annual report will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 28 December 2017 for at least five years.
