Registration of the Division into the Court Register

In accordance with the regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Datalab Tehnologije, d. d., is publishing the following message:

On 22 March 2018, the District court in Ljubljana reached a decision in the matter of registering the modification. Based on the Division Plan of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. from 9 January 2019, a part of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. is split off and taken over by the newly established transferee company, Datalab AH, Upravljanje družb, d. d. The consent for the split-off through the establishment of a new company was given at the general meeting of Datalab Tehnologije d. d. on 12 February 2018.

The announcement regarding the registration will be available at SEOnet and Datalab’s website (www.datalab.eu) from 23 March 2018 for at least five years.
