At the end of both the first and second day of the Summit, the Product Managers (PMs), Datalab support providers and other persons responsible gather together with participants in PANTHEON Groups, e.g. Hermes, System, Hera, Hefaist, etc.
Group work takes places in form of rounds tables/panels. The principles and rules of cooperation at round tables are as follows:
- Participants send their questions in advance. PMs or other persons responsible answer the questions related to the topic of the round table respectively. If time allows it, questions posed on the spot can also be considered and replied to.
- Participants, PMs and persons responsible exchange their opinions and collect suggestions for possible improvements, solutions, etc.
- Datalab support providers present representative cases from practice (e.g. integration of the MES system; PAWS use; DMS on the Unija accounting firm case study; etc.).

On the first and the second day, the round tables are held in parallel in the Grand and Premium Conference Halls.
The round tables take place after the formal part of the event, following the presentations by the PMs, and last two hours.
All round tables will be recorded. If you cannot make it to all the roundtables that you would like to, you will be able to listen to the recordings of the ones you missed later on.
The idea is to mingle asmuch as possible between the round tables during the 2 hours. Or, of course, you can follow only one round table for the full two hours (if that is your target topic).
At the round tables, the questions received until 5 September 2023 will be answered first. Then, the remaining time available will be dedicated to questions by participants on the spot.
