ePosting: three specialized solutions for automated document processinge

eText, Typless/Typless PRO, and Accountless provide different levels of data recognition, structuring, and preparation for posting, depending on the complexity of your business processes.

eText

A tool designed for simple OCR of text-based documents, such as technical manuals. It reads scanned documents and converts them into a searchable format. It supports all languages as well as different writing systems (Cyrillic, ideograms, Latin, etc.).

With this package, you can easily search through document content, even if you only remember keywords from the document.

Problem: Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you uploaded a document but cannot remember when you did it, how you named it, or where you saved it?

Solution: eText enables content and keyword-based search within documents, which simplifies the process of finding and accessing documents.

Typless

The Typless module for intelligent invoice recognition from scanned or text-based PDF documents enables advanced automation of invoice processing for documents written in the Latin script.

This module uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze invoice content in detail and accurately identify key information such as issue date, invoice number, amount, VAT, and other relevant financial data. The Typless recognition method is based on a summary approach (e.g. VAT 9.5% total and VAT 22% total). After collecting this data, Typless automatically populates a predefined template used for posting, significantly speeding up and simplifying the data entry process.

This reduces the risk of errors associated with manual data entry, improves data accuracy, and saves valuable time that would otherwise be spent processing invoices manually.

This process is especially useful for companies that receive a high volume of invoices daily and require efficient and accurate posting.

Solution: Typless enables intelligent recognition of key data from scanned or PDF invoices and automatically transfers it into a predefined template for posting in PANTHEON. Typless PRO

An advanced version that extends recognition to any type of document, not just invoices. You can define and capture any number of data fields based on your workflow. Typless PRO is based on item recognition (each line item is recognized separately) and supports up to 6 additional custom fields per document. It also supports both Latin and Cyrillic scripts.

If you have agreed with your suppliers to include specific information on invoices, such as the purchase order number, delivery note, internal subject number, or item serial number, the latest recognition models can also read this data.

Accountless

The Accountless module is a powerful and advanced solution that uses artificial intelligence to suggest accounts, while still giving accountants full control over document posting.

This intelligent system uses machine learning to adapt posting logic to your specific business and continuously learns from previous entries. The software automatically suggests th appropriate account, cost center, and department for each new invoice. This feature also enables suggestions for new or previously unknown supplier items, significantly speeding up the posting process. As a result, accounting workflows become automated and more streamlined, errors are reduced, and users gain a more efficient solution for managing financial documents and data.
