The client issues and enters the documents himself, and the accountant regularly checks the correctness of the issued invoices.
The customer attaches the received invoices to the documentation as a picture or pdf, the accountant obtains XML for import directly via eBooks (OCR), and the received documents in PANTHEON are always equipped with a picture of a real document.
In PANTHEON Web Light, inventories are automatically managed, and the accountant does not need to manually post inventory differences to prepare the balance sheet.
The way it works allows the accountant and the client to arrange the digitization of the received mail, the liquidation process, and thus we also add a payment plan
