LPP Croatia d.o.o.
LPP is a Polish company with five fashion brands in our portfolio and we’re currently one of the fastest-growing chains in the world. The cover brand is Ilitiga with the leading brand called Reserved.
Challenges
We have offices all over the world, including Shanghai and Bangladesh, but our head office is in Poland. We have 18 stores in Croatia and we plan on expanding into other bigger Croatian cities to have a presence in every region. As a subsidiary we’re required to report to our HQ.
Solution
We use PANTHEON daily in our Croatia office, which makes everything easier as it is tailored to the local market. After implementing the ERP system in Croatia, we decided to implement PANTHEON also in Serbia and Slovenia to have a better overview of our subsidiaries. PANTHEON makes compiling operational and financial reports faster and simpler. Additionally, we use PANTHEON for our accounting and payroll needs and to have quick access to information, which saves us a lot of time in the long run.
Effect
Our HQ in Poland has quick access to all data and the program is translated and localized. Our processes are now faster and the flow of information continuous, accelerating all corporate processes. It’s now easy to make the right decisions for our business.
