eOCR enables the conversion of analog and PDF documents into electronic format, which is automatically saved in PANTHEON DMS. Combined with the FTS (Full Text Search) feature, which is part of the PANTHEON DMS solution, you can find a document or any content within a document in just a few seconds.
eOCR enables the digitization of various types of documentation, such as contracts, invoices, delivery notes, CMR documents, minutes, letters, other paper documents, and PDF documents received via email.
After digitization, the documents are securely stored in PANTHEON DMS, where they are always accessible and can be quickly retrieved based on content, keywords, or other criteria.
