How do I use voice commands?
While dictating, you can use voice commands to create new lines and paragraphs, delete text, or stop dictation without using your keyboard. A complete list of available voice commands is available in the application.
Where can I save my transcript?
You can save your transcript directly to PANTHEON DMS or PANTHEON Documentation, or store it locally on your computer.
Can I transcribe existing audio recordings?
Yes. Simply import an existing audio file into Notepad, and PANTHEON will automatically convert it into text. This makes it easy to create transcripts of lectures, meetings or interviews.
Can I transcribe meetings and conversations with multiple speakers?
Yes. Notepad enables transcription of conversations with multiple speakers and recognizes multiple languages within the same conversation. It is ideal for meetings, interviews, consultations, and other discussions.
Can I use Automatic Speech Transcription outside of PANTHEON?
Yes. With the Dictate anywhere feature, you can convert speech into text in other applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and many other programs. Voice commands are currently available within PANTHEON.
Is the feature already available?
Yes. Automatic Speech Transcription is available in PANTHEON 10.49 and can be used free of charge until 1 September 2026. After that, the feature will remain available for a small additional fee.
Do I need any special setup?
To use this feature, you need PANTHEON 10.49. For detailed setup and usage instructions, watch the video tutorial and refer to the user manual available on the UserSite.
