eOCR enables the conversion of analog and PDF documents into electronic format, which is automatically saved in PANTHEON DMS. Combined with the FTS (Full-Text Search) feature, which is part of the PANTHEON DMS solution, you can find a document or any content within a document in just a few seconds.
eOCR enables the digitization of various types of documentation, such as contracts, invoices, packing slips, CMR documents, meeting minutes, letters, other paper documents, and PDF documents received through email.
After digitization, the documents are securely stored in PANTHEON DMS, where they are always accessible and can be quickly retrieved based on content, keywords, or other criteria.

What is eOCR?
eOCR uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to recognize and extract text from scanned documents and image files.
Once processed, the document content becomes searchable and accessible within PANTHEON DMS. This enables faster document handling, easier access to information, and more efficient digital archiving.
